Built a one-click moderation tool for content reviewers: banning a rule-violating user removes all of their
content at once, replacing manual item-by-item review and saving reviewers a large amount of work.
Orchestrated the ban workflow with AWS Step Functions across several microservices, with brand-
specific logic for Shutterstock and Pond5.
Developed Flask microservices and AWS Lambda functions; designed MongoDB data models and
queries.

GS1 (global barcode standards organisation) — Django, Django Ninja, PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis

Automated integration between the GS1 UAE team's system and the core service that issues licenses and
keys for QR code generation.
Built a Celery-based cascading deletion workflow: updating or deleting a company removes all keys of
each of its licenses, then the licenses themselves, executed transactionally to keep data consistent.
Developed REST API endpoints with Django Ninja; designed PostgreSQL schemas, Django ORM queries
and migrations; used Redis as the Celery broker.
