Entra ID, Intune; configured MFA and security policies.
Administered Microsoft 365: accounts, licenses and access rights; ran monthly access
and MFA audits, reviewed event logs, VPN connections and network load, and
produced monthly infrastructure status reports.
Maintained VMware virtualization (3 hosts, about 10 virtual machines): set up backups,
restored data from backups ranging from 3 days to a year old, and performed monthly
test restores of critical data.
Set up a WireGuard VPN, a terminal server for remote staff and a cloud-hosted server;

Implemented video surveillance (Ajax NVR) and U-Prox access control at a new site.
