architecture using .NET 8 and C# 12 to handle the full incident lifecycle, including data deduplication, state
machine transitions, and attachment transfer. Ensured enterprise-grade reliability with centralized logging
via Serilog, custom retry policies, and secure OAuth/PAT authentication. Used PostgreSQL for distributed
state management and deduplication tracking.
