My main resposibilities on position of Expert Category Buyer NPP & NPP Procurement is purchasing of production equipment and its spareparts, cooperation with the suppliers, preparation the contracts for signature, placing purchase orders at the suppliers and managing orders from placement to receiption. I am responsible for tracking the delivery dates and communication of delivery terms / dates with all team (engeneers/project managers etc). On my position I always closly cooperate with customs brokers and transport logistic team regarding import documents (EX1,MRN, invoices). I represent the projects on soursing board meetings. Checking the prices, monitoring of price comliance with the agreed pricelists is under my responsibility. I work in 1C system.
Working on position of Expert Category Buyer NPP I succesfully lounched new great project in close collaboration with technical team. On basis of technical requires from technical team I placed rfq, analyzed them, placed POs and managed orders up to receiption.
