Delivered the full frontend redesign (V2.0): new navigation, casino and sports pages, banners and game
sections, iterating closely with designers
Initiated and led the migration to a Yarn Workspaces monorepo: split the codebase into 2 apps (player web
app and admin panel) on separate domains, extracted 4 shared packages (ui, types, api, shared) and,
together with the DevOps engineer, updated the GitHub Actions workflows so each app builds and deploys on
its own
Migrated the project from Create React App to Vite (configs, env variables, 79 SVG imports, TypeScript
settings), cutting production build time by ~35% (51 s → 33 s) and speeding up the dev server
Built a real-time chat with moderation: mute / ban / block, pinned messages, custom stickers and chat
commands with role-based access control
Built a WebSocket notification system covering 3 event types (bonus, win, reward) with user-level
permissions, plus live All Bets, leaderboard and big-wins feeds
Implemented the frontend for 3 payment provider integrations (crypto, PayID, T365): payment forms, UI and
status tracking
Covered business logic with unit tests (Vitest), using AI tools to speed up test writing; reviewed pull requests
