SaaS REVENUE & USER BEHAVIOR DASHBOARD

Description: Created a comprehensive analytics ecosystem of 3 interactive dashboards to evaluate financial performance (MRR, Revenue), product efficiency, and
user behavior (Cohort Analysis, ARPPU, Paid Users) for a SaaS company.
My Task:
Dashboard 1 (General Revenue Overview): Visualized overall monthly revenue dynamics, revenue breakdown across software products (Main App, Customer
Success, Marketing Automation, Publishing), and regional revenue trends.
Dashboard 2 (Regional & Product Analytics): Conducted an in-depth revenue analysis by location, tracked monthly product revenue dynamics, performed cross-
analysis, and evaluated the relationship between the number of paid users and average revenue per paying user (ARPPU).
Dashboard 3 (MRR, Revenue Dynamics & Cohort Analysis): Monitored Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), analyzed total revenue variance percentage, and executed
cohort analysis to assess client retention over time.
Results: Built a fully-featured analytics ecosystem to monitor SaaS business health. The project enables automated tracking of key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARPPU, LTV by
cohorts), drill-down analysis of sales by product and region, and identification of revenue drops or growth drivers for fast, strategic decision-making.

Academic Performance & Time Intelligence Dashboard

Description: Created a comprehensive multi-page educational analytics reporting system to evaluate academic performance, student grade distribution, class metrics,
and historical trends across subjects and academic periods.
My Tasks:
Dashboard 1 (Academic Performance Overview): Visualized overall academic metrics (Average Grade, Exam/Test/Homework Averages), grade breakdown by
assessment type (Homework, Test, Exam, Quiz, Project), subject-level performance comparison, grade distribution by class code, and geographic insights by state.
Dashboard 2 (Class Performance & Risk Analysis): Built class-level summaries and distribution tables, tracked MoM (Month-over-Month) average grade percent
growth, and created a negative grade tracking system to spot subject-specific academic bottlenecks and failing grade trends.
Dashboard 3 (Analytics & Time Intelligence): Applied advanced DAX Time Intelligence calculations to track YTD (Year-to-Date) trends, MoM dynamics, percentile
benchmarks, and minimum acceptable performance lines to perform anomaly detection across academic terms.
Results: Built an interactive reporting ecosystem that automates performance tracking and eliminates manual reporting. The project enables school leadership and
department heads to instantly identify struggling classes, track curriculum progress over time, and make data-driven interventions to improve overall student academic
