SUMMARY
Infrastructure & L3 Support / DevOps engineer (TechOps) with almost 2 years at an IoT platform company and 5 years

• Upgraded a production AWS EKS cluster from 1.34 to 1.36 and moved it to nodes with twice the RAM after
OOM kills. All changes went through Git.
• Deployed new installations and did about 20 production upgrades, always testing on dev first and checking
backups.
• Found the root cause of serious incidents, including pods killed by memory limits, DB pool exhaustion and
4.9M stuck queue messages.
• Handled L3 escalations from international enterprise clients, from API errors to data loss, on AWS, GCP and
self-hosted setups.
• Closed 265 tickets in 2026 with a 99.6% first-response SLA and 5/5 in every CSAT rating.
• Worked on database consulting projects with PostgreSQL migrations and version updates, plus moving
Cassandra and whole setups between environments.
• Was responsible for the team's AI tooling and built a Claude Code setup that colleagues started using, which
cut resolution time.
• Wrote and updated the public product documentation.

• Kept the backbone and metro network stable, configured routing equipment, managed peering and upstream
links and handled DDoS attacks.
• During the blackouts, planned where to put UPS units so key nodes stayed online, and coordinated field

• Monitored the network in Zabbix, Nagios, Cacti, Network Weathermap and ELK, and did on-site data center
work (hardware, fiber splicing, cross-connects).
