• Handle 30-50 client cases per month: assess the security of devices and accounts (computers, smartphones, home networks, email, cloud and social media accounts) based on collected security settings and antivirus scan results. Look for signs of hacking, malware and unauthorized access, and check client email addresses in data breach databases.
• Review antivirus detections in the ESET PROTECT and Check Point Harmony Mobile consoles (threats, file hashes, installed and suspicious apps) and verify detected files in VirusTotal.
• As part of fraud investigations, analyze email headers in MxToolbox (message route, sending servers, IP blacklists and geolocation) and check crypto wallets in a blockchain explorer and Chainabuse.
• Combine all findings into standardized client reports with security recommendations.
• Built an AI-assisted reporting workflow with Claude, using custom instructions, Word templates and automated formatting. Cut report preparation time by about half.
• Identify people and companies in US investigative databases (TLO, Skopenow, Instant Checkmate) and open sources, about 150 searches per month, including pre-employment screening. Confirm each person's identity before generating a full background report.
• Analyzed forensic images of client computers and smartphones in intellectual property theft and spyware cases (2022 - 2024). Tools: Cellebrite UFED, Magnet AXIOM, FTK Imager.
