PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Former Canadian Armed Forces infantryman and Ukrainian military veteran with over three years of military service in
Ukraine, including more than two years with GUR as a junior sergeant, assault team leader, and UAV pilot.
My experience includes frontline combat operations, tactical reconnaissance, and operating DJI and FPV drones in
demanding battlefield conditions. Alongside my work as a pilot, I’ve also gained practical experience helping my team
build, configure, test, and troubleshoot drones.
Drones are my passion, and I’m looking to bring my experience to a Ukrainian UAV company where I can contribute,
continue developing my technical skills, and help build reliable equipment for Ukrainian soldiers.

UAV EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Drones: DJI Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic Classic, thermal systems, Matrice 300/350 RTK and 30T / custom 7", 10" and 13" FPV
drones / fixed-wing UAVs / field testing of a Parrot prototype.
Flying and training: 800+ hours of FPV and fixed-wing tactical flight-simulator training, alongside operational UAV flying
during military deployments. 3 combat deployments involving drone operations.
Systems and flight data: Familiar with ExpressLRS (ELRS), Crossfire, Betaflight, ArduPilot, GPS, flight telemetry, RSSI,
link quality, on screen flight information and flight-controller settings.
Hands-on work: Helped teammates and technicians with drone assembly, setup, configuration, field testing and
troubleshooting, including control and video link issues in electronic-warfare conditions.
Technical development: Interested in building stronger skills in drone repair, soldering, electronics, maintenance and
prototype testing. Practical operational background rather than formal engineering training.

OTHER SKILLS
Military: Assault team leadership, tactical reconnaissance, land navigation, qualified marksman, close-quarters battle
(CQB) and night operations.
Medical: Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) certified in Canada, with continued tactical medical refreshers in
Ukraine.
Transport and logistics: Frontline troop transport, combat resupply, tactical logistics and equipment management using
pickup trucks, soft skin vehicles, ATVs and quads.
