from 03.2025 to 10.2026 (1 year 8 months)
AK Technologies, Дистанційно (IT)

- Built and launched 3 SaaS products with paying customers: a CRM for service businesses, a CRM for real estate sales and rental companies, and a platform for configuring AI voice agents.
- Developed a multi-tenant CRM on Angular and .NET as the sole full-stack developer: Stripe subscriptions and add-on purchases with webhooks, real-time updates via SignalR.
- Built a workflow automation engine (Hangfire) with multiple trigger types and email, SMS and call campaigns, scheduled to each tenant's business hours.
- Designed a custom job queue on PostgreSQL tables and cron jobs for complex business logic that off-the-shelf queues couldn't handle.
- Designed a public API so external services can integrate with the platform.
- Integrated Twilio, Resend, Stripe, Pipedrive, Shopify, Google Calendar, CINC and GoHighLevel.
- Built a website builder that lets each tenant create and edit their own landing page, hosted on a separate subdomain via Cloudflare.
- Optimized a heavy Entity Framework query from over a minute to a few seconds.
- Stayed in direct contact with users to collect feedback and turn it into new features.
- Used AI-assisted development (Lovable, Claude) to deliver products about 8 times faster than manual development.
