I was hired in order to arrange operational planning of the NBU Strategy. The strategic plan of NBU is a plan arranged for every 4 years and currently covers till 2024. A list of projects and other strategic initiatives come out from the strategic plan and my task is to arrange a process to monitor their implementation in keeping coordination with all business units of the Bank including Finance, HR, Projects and Organization.
The NBU strategy is presented by strategic initiatives in the context of three main directions, which are relevant precisely in this strategic cycle. Strategic initiatives will be represented through actions all units (40) at the operational level.
My tasks are:
1) to develop and approve the concept of operational planning, which was preliminary approved by such key participants in the processes as HR, Finance, Project and Process Office within a period of up to 3 months;
2) to submit a tool for operational planning within a period of up to 2 months;
3) to arrange a pilot project in a semi-automated form, namely: to plan all actions with 40 units, then signing operational plans with managers (B-1);
4) on top, to diagnose related processes (budgeting), assigning of KPI, Change Management in order to change processes for complete synchronization;
5) to select software for operational planning;
6) to participate in the NBU project for automation of financial planning (SAP) and Twinning programs with European banks;
7) to diagnose Top projects Paperless, Cashless;
8) to develop the concept “Management of NBU products and services”

As Head of Procurement and Contract Management Office, I manage a team of 6 people.
Starting from the beginning of 2017, Pravex Bank entered into a transformation program which brought to fully reposition the bank.

When I joined the Procurement function in Pravex, its situation was very difficult because of several dismissals all the same time. In this environment, I have been responsible to manage all purchase process, to propose short and long term purchase strategies.



Reorganize the procurement function and process. In particular

I reviewed the Procurement Policy, obtained the approval both from Procurement Head Office and from the local Supervisory Board, and then implemented it.
I managed the project to change the Procurement System, starting from the selection, requirements collection, development and implementation.
Сhanged the Tender Committee regulation and execution procedure.
I also totally rebuilt the Procurement Team with new professionals acquired from the market.
Support the transformation of Pravex in all Processes like:

Purchase of 6 core systems for the bank (CRM, Loan origination, Contact Center, Card system, Internet banking for clients).
Tenders for choosing supplier and supporting for restarting of all 50 branches (repair, furniture, IT equipment, advertising).
Leading a project to realize savings on General & Administrative expenses, based on renegotiation of contracts and supplier structure.
Supporting the normal ongoing activity of Procurement (more than 200 competitions run in 2017)
