My name is Anna Migova. I`m a third-year student in the School of Economy in V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. My academic level is rather high and this gave me an opportunity to receive a special scholarship. However, academic achievements don`t limit my interests. In previous summer I`ve decided to try myself as a journalist and joined a project «Student Media», supported by United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The aim of the project was to found an independent online media in Kharkiv. My personal goal in this project was not only to try my hand at journalism, but also to give the way for better quality of media and journalism in our country. This spring I`ve participated in SMP Challenge, a program for training young motivated students-economists.
I think that the best achievement in my life is participation in “Study Tours to Poland”. There is a big competition between Ukrainian students. I become a more conscious citizen with an active position. these two weeks were the best in my life.
During this year I took Soft Skills course
This summer I was in The USA - program. “Work and Travel”I was working 4 month like hostess for Landry`s corporation
