Conclusion

A Profile Of Intense And Complex Istanbul Traffic, Traffic And Solutions In Bostancı Bridge
Summary
Bridge of Bostancı, one of Istanbul's busiest intersections, traffic on the bridge has been the subject of
causes and solutions. Pedestrian manual switching system bottlenecks stemming from the bridge end
reduction in the occurrence of road lanes, buses and minibuses, consisting established without additional
lane on the highway, Bostancı is hampering the flow of traffic on the bridge. For reasons of reconstruction of
the existing road bottlenecks formation is most important constraint is not extended. Peak times and days of
the week with the necessary information was collected in the time study. In this section, the current situation
and the differences between them are modeled solutions; costs, the effect on wait times and the number of
waiting vehicles were examined. Alternative embodiments with different scenarios simulated by modeling
