I deem myself to be a resolute and self-motivated person under the right guidance, who is not afraid of responsibilities. What do I expect from potential work:
I have previously experienced various work conditions, including unstable schedules, night shifts, and poor management dynamics resulting in a lack of professional improvement and stagnation. Therefore, I took my time to reconsider my priorities and figure out which work qualities would allow me to grow as a professional in any field and simply as an individual.
First and foremost, I appreciate honesty and transparency. There should be mutual and equal respect between employees and management in terms of personality, career, time, and salary. I am not interested in policies that normalize a constant employee turnover and dismiss dissatisfaction and complaints.
Additionally, I require a workspace where I can experience constant skills development (communication, social, and linguistic) that won’t diminish after complete adaptation.
Finally, I’m not the ashamed to say that I’m still exploring myself. I’m a philologist, however, I prefer to keep my opinions open and allow myself to wander and master completely unrelated fields.
