Import and trade of vegetables and fruits

-Liaise with Supply Chain department regarding goods to be delivered, discuss of current situation and possibilities of transport market, make a plan of goods delivery;
-Search for suitable carriers, evaluate and analyze vehicles capacity and quotations at the market to import goods from Europe and Asia regions;
-Negotiate terms and conditions with carriers, get approved and agreed final rate and other supporting fees with third parties and management;
-Draft all documents required for delivery (order, agreement, act etc.);

-Control timeliness of trucks arrivals for loading/unloading, monitor duration of loading/unloading and customs operations, movements of trucks on the way;

-Monitor compliance of delivery temperature, quality and quantity of goods at unloading in according to company technical requirements and policy. Work with printouts of temperature readings from the refrigerator and supplier temperature recorders.
-Resolve disputes with carriers in case if any occurred (non-compliance with the temperature mode, shortage of goods etc.).
-Verification and check primary purchase and delivery documents to schedule payouts outstanding invoices for provided services; coordination with accounting department to ensure it closed out;
