Updating brokers of any delays, of the current status of a load. Requesting detentions/layovers/TONU. Requesting codes for lumper fees. Solving any popped-up tasks. Dispatching drivers, filling the spreadsheet. If there are uncovered loads(most often PO) covering them using Amazon relay board, Telegram groups, and DAT board. In addition every now a then I assisted a day-dispatch with covering loads during business hours. Confirming appointments and PO numbers with shippers and receivers.
