I am a Medical Doctor who studied General Medicine at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University and hold a practicing medical license in Zambia. Dermatology was also part of my medical training, giving me a foundation relevant to aesthetic and dermatological care.

I have extensive customer support and client-management experience. I previously worked with Orthodontics Expert, where I assisted clients and resolved concerns related to braces and their treatment. I also worked as a Dispatcher at PLA Logistics, developing strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Later, I worked with a recovery firm where I gained hands-on experience with CRM management, client follow-ups and outbound communication.

These roles have strengthened my ability to understand client needs, handle objections, resolve concerns, maintain client relationships and work systematically toward results. I am confident communicating through phone, WhatsApp, social media and CRM systems.
