Supervisor for one year in a US company that provides all health care solutions for the
medical field in the United States.
The company provides health care solutions for providers(doctors) in the United States of
America. There are a couple of ways of serving clients in the company I worked:
Customer support for patients that call the office, the company has been dealing with
cardiac patients moreover with Covid-19 patients, also our office offers all lab tests for
patients.
New launched the project of handling all laboratory tests at people's homes in New York
and Jersey city that calls PhlebX. In that part of the job, my team was concentrated
on monitoring patient testing, dispatching, controlling phlebotomists' work and the
responsibilities they have to follow working with people. There are three labs we had
partnerships in NYC such as LabQ, AccuReference, Lincoln Lab.
Medical billing was built on recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions
and profile changes updating the client's database. Receiving and sorting incoming
payments, managing and tracking payments, identifying inconsistencies. We did billing
from the first till the last step including coding patient visits, analyzing appropriate CPT
codes and ICD-10 codes(specific code for patient medical history), creating referrals,
and submitting a prior authorization for every patient service that has been provided.
Co-work with insurance companies as Aetna, Medicare, United Healthcare, Empire Blue
Cross Blue Shield, Fidelis Care, etc.
Organizing and dealing with weekly or monthly Covid-19 events(weeding, sports
activities, concerts) were provided by our office. The process of doing events
was established on collecting patients' demographics, having them on schedule for
telehealth call with Physician, making lab-orders to be tested, supporting and answering
questions patients might have, testing them for PCR or saliva test.
Working with COMTRON Inc portals : Medgen EMR, LabGen,and also Trizetto group:
Trizetto and Bristol Byte portals.
