Managed Windows Server (2008) administration, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
Conducted Active Directory management, overseeing user accounts, groups, permissions, and settings.
Executed Oracle DBA daily routines.
Monitored and maintained network infrastructure, resolving network connectivity issues.
Provided It-support for taxpayers on the phone in installing, using, and troubleshooting software for filing reports via the Internet(2011-2013).

I am dedicated to delivering work of exceptional quality with prompt efficiency, team-oriented but also able to work independently. I usually seek out the most efficient and optimized ways of completing tasks and I’m always looking for ways to improve my skills.
