• Manage international supply contracts with buyers in 10 EU countries and Moldova (Poland, Germany, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Moldova): drafting, negotiating terms, specifications
• Draft supplementary agreements to contracts: changes to company details, delivery terms and other material terms
• Conclude agreements with freight forwarders and transport orders with carriers, agree liability terms and resolve disputes; review and sign certificates of completed services and invoices, approve payments
• Screen foreign counterparties in public business registers (incl. Polish CEIDG) before contracting; source new buyers via company registers using AI tools
• Prepare customs and shipping documents: invoices, proformas, specifications, CMR, DAP and FCA deliveries (Incoterms 2020), T1 transit; monitor client payments against proforma invoices, prepare reconciliation statements
• Build and track the monthly and weekly shipment plan: together with sales leadership, allocate volumes across 6 sales managers by market, monitor fulfilment of specifications; report to the company director and sales leadership at regular meetings and propose export development initiatives
• Automation on my own initiative (propose solutions to the director and implement them): redesigned and completed the plant's accounting system; built an AI-agent system that generates export documents and monitors shipments, the shipment plan and production; implemented digital weighing records used by several departments
