My name is Artur, I am 25 years old, and I live in Lviv, Ukraine.

When I turned 18, I decided to work as a Sales Manager at an IT company to practice and improve my English with native speakers.

Today, I work in the US logistics industry, where I have over 6 years of experience.

At the very beginning of my logistics journey, I started as a Dispatcher. I communicated with drivers and brokers, resolved driver issues, and handled the usual day-to-day dispatch routing. This first experience in logistics gave me a solid foundation for professional growth.

Thanks to my background in sales, I was soon offered a transition to the brokerage department. Initially, I worked as a Freight Broker, communicating directly with customers and shippers to build new relationships and secure volume for our operations team.

After a few months, I shifted to an Operations Broker role. In this position, I took over opportunities generated by sales and managed our existing accounts.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of customers, each with different business values. I have successfully scaled several small accounts into major clients with dedicated lanes and guaranteed volumes. Additionally, I spent a significant amount of time working in business development. I focused on resolving ongoing issues, finding win-win solutions, and successfully winning back clients who had placed our company on their "Do Not Use" list. This often required coordinating between multiple departments within our holding company to solve a single complex issue, which ultimately led to business expansion. In fact, I have a proven track record of bringing back over 100 companies within a single year. This hands-on experience taught me how to establish solid, long-lasting business relationships.

Beyond daily spot pricing, I was also involved in asset pricing across different companies. I was the only person responsible for manual pricing and quoting for three of our holding-based companies. Managing multiple RFPs daily has made me highly comfortable handling large volumes of pricing requests.

To sum up, I believe my greatest strength lies in operations brokerage. I know how to handle high-pressure situations, balance the needs of both customers and carriers, and I truly understand that providing top-tier service is key. After all, our customers are the ones who keep our wheels spinning!
