• Technical support specialist at one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the USA “NEXTIVA” (Kyiv) Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls and chats
2. Helping customers with their various issues such as fixing the applications, consulting on products that the company offers, fixing their physical phones, helping to adjust our business tools according to customers’ needs, building their accounts, creating call centers, resolving any other technical issues they have or delivering issues to any other needed department.
3. Filling out tickets in CRM system (company’s own CRM “Nextiva” + SalesForce)
