About me
I started my career as a junior researcher and I occupy IT Recruiter
position currently. I know the details of the processes from sourcing to
the job offer. I search for candidates, analyze profiles and resumes, add
new candidates to the system, conduct interviews and support
candidates until the moment of the offer. I had experience in
mentoring new employees for the position of researcher, junior
recruiter and conducting lectures.
