EDUCATION:
In 2005, graduated from Secondary School No. 29 (Sumy), where I also completed a music education program (piano).
In 2009, graduated from the College of Sumy National Agrarian University, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.
In 2015, graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine, obtaining a Master’s degree in Law. During my studies, I developed strong communication skills and the ability to persuasively argue a position. I also improved my proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
From February 2014 to October 2015, I worked as a Lead Legal Counsel at the Sumy Regional Branch of the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities, where I gained practical negotiation skills. I provided legal advice to Fund staff, represented the organization in litigation, and resolved operational issues with the State Enforcement Service. My duties also involved handling HR documentation, as well as document copying and archiving. I supervised one subordinate in this role.
From 2016 to 2018, I served as the director of an online store. In this position, I gained experience in staff recruitment and personnel management. I supervised four employees: a courier, an order processing manager, a packer, and an SEO specialist. I honed my skills in using 1C:Accounting software and the store's CRM system.
Since 2019, I have been practicing law. I am registered as a sole proprietor. I possess knowledge of labor law and experience in managing HR documentation. I am well-versed in current Ukrainian legislation regarding the designation of enterprises as "critically important for the functioning of the Ukrainian economy," and I have experience managing military registration and employee reservation (exemption from mobilization).

I serve as a pastor at a Baptist church on a volunteer basis. Honesty is a fundamental value for me; therefore, I will state openly that my English proficiency is at the B1 level, which is below the requirement for this position. In this capacity, I have organized youth events hosted by our church for up to 200 people. This is a vital part of my life, so it is important to me that I have time for it outside of my work at the Danish Refugee Council.
