PROFILE
Middle Full-Stack (JS/TS) Developer with 2 years of commercial experience, specializing in building resilient,
turnkey web applications using the modern tech stack of Next.js (Frontend) and Nest.js (Backend).
I am responsible for the full development cycle, starting from designing the entire application architecture
and developing database schemas from scratch. I am proficient in using Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL and
MongoDB, and have experience integrating with cloud object storage services (e.g., AWS S3, Cloudflare R2,
Azure Blob Storage) for efficient media file management.

Served as a developer (Next.js/Nest.js) on a large-scale project to create a bespoke, multi-module web
application for complex logistics and inventory management, targeting the Ukrainian market. I architected
and implemented a resilient microservices structure to enhance stability and utilized Prisma ORM for
optimizing PostgreSQL data processing, resulting in a 20% reduction in critical inventory update times.
Crucially, I designed and configured a complex data ingestion system to aggregate real-time product
availability from three disparate external sources. Additionally, I handled the integration with proprietary
client CRM systems and streamlined the deployment process by standardizing CI/CD with Docker
containerization and Nginx configuration, ensuring reliable, zero-downtime releases.
High-Performance Real Estate Platform

As a Middle Full-Stack Developer (Next.js/Nest.js), I personally spearheaded the design and implementation
of this high-performance, multifunctional PropTech platform for a major agency in the Ukrainian market,
building it from the ground up. I took sole responsibility for architecting and delivering both the public
catalog and the complex internal CRM system (Nest.js/PostgreSQL) used for managing listings and leads. The
project required developing a complex search engine with geo-filtering and dynamic data rendering
(SSR/Next.js), alongside an API for synchronization with external real estate databases. Through PostgreSQL
optimization under high load, I ensured instantaneous query processing, a critical factor for user experience.
Asynchronous Monitoring and Transaction Management System
I designed and developed from scratch a complex system comprising an asynchronous Telegram Bot and a
dedicated Full-Stack web application. The bot served as a highly efficient data parser/aggregator, collecting
targeted listings from multiple external platforms. A key achievement was the design and implementation of
complex business logic, which included an automated scoring and ranking system for the collected listings.
This CBL factored in over ten configurable parameters and weighting coefficients to instantly determine
transaction priority. Users managed the monitoring process and viewed data (stored in MongoDB) via the web
application, using the decisions generated by our CBL to formulate targeted proposals.
