I had the honour of taking part in the second cycle of the StudLab for Justice research club.

I worked alongside Kirill Elsukov and Dmitro Mihaylenko on a research project entitled ‘Balancing interests in the
seizure of mobile phones’.

This topic is both topical and important in the context of balancing the right to privacy with the interests of pre-trial
investigations.
