Since I started my journey in recruitment back in 2019 I always worked remotely.
I think the best part of recruiting is that people can be anywhere in the world yet I have a chance to help companies and candidates to connect and make an important change in their lives. I like learning new tips and tricks on how to interview candidates, how to attract them, sell them the offer and how to make the process of hiring enjoyable for both sides.

I like creating hiring strategy on how to hire X amount of candidates in a short or long period of time. Analyse it and see how the workflow, team and resources can be improved.
I've got a chance to mass hire people, worked on IT and marketing positions and some top management roles. I've been hiring for Ukrainian, Canadian and US markets.

As for ATS I used Job Diva and Breezy HR.

I'm curious to learn more skills, reach higher positions and challenge myself with new tasks and opportunities.
