Project Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project lifecycle, Agile principles, and SAFe.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, QA Engineer, Process Auditor, or in a similar role.
• Experience with requirements analysis and clarification, software requirements specifications, and test plans.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
• Experience collaborating with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Understanding of client-server architecture and Web, Desktop, and Mobile testing specifics.
• Experience with Change and Configuration Management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and teams in a dynamic environment.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an international environment.
• Experience with Release Management and Continuous Delivery.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps principles and software delivery processes.
