As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re on the lookout for passionate, results-driven individuals to be a part of the MMDSmart Customer Service team. One of our pivotal roles is that of a Customer Care Specialist, a champion in fostering positive customer interactions and experiences.

What you will do:

  • Engage with customers, addressing and resolving their concerns via chat and email;
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including account managers, technical specialists, and developers, to report and address issues;
  • Oversee the problem-solving process, ensuring timely resolution and gathering feedback from both clients and internal teams.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level).
  • Resilience under pressure;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs;
  • A keen appetite for learning and self-improvement;
  • A dynamic, proactive approach, coupled with the flexibility to work in rotating shifts: morning (9:00 — 18:00 OR 7:00 — 16:00) and evening (13:00 — 22:00);
  • Readiness to potentially work night shifts (22:00 — 7:00).
