Are you an experienced lawyer with a profound understanding of the intricacies of gambling businesses in the B2B and B2C sectors? Legal Pilot is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic team and bring their expertise to the table.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the gambling industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Independently handle legal processes related to licensing, compliance, contracts, and daily requests of clients.
Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies that align with their business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with evolving legal and regulatory changes in the gambling sector.
🔹 Qualifications:
Extensive legal experience in gambling law for B2B/B2C businesses (2+ years).
Strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (Curacao, MGA, Kahnawake, IOM).
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of legal processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
