Role Overview:

As an Optical Boutique Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the seamless operation of our multi-store operation. This role is perfect for individuals who are process driven, responsible, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a dynamic, high-end environment.

Select Key Responsibility Examples:

  • Appointment Coordination: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling across our multi store operation, including regular monitoring of different appoitment management systems and manually synchronizing it with our internal systems.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure all customer appointments are confirmed and maintain active communication with our store teams to ensure alignment across all channels.
  • Scheduling Management: Keep track of staff schedules and handle necessary adjustments.
  • Feedback Collection: Engage with customers to gather feedback post-appointment.
  • Medical and Vision Insurance Processing: Handle insurance claims and verifications, ensuring all necessary information is up to date in our systems.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze store inventories, suggest reorder of popular brands, track new product offerings, and manage purchase orders and inventory issues.
  • Store Supplies: Keep an eye on store needs and quickly order necessary supplies as requested by staff.
  • Other: Anything else requested by team for effective and smooth operations.

  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for customer service.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a team-player mindset.
