Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing projects within an agency setting, focusing on eCommerce solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage eCommerce projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure projects align with both client needs and our company’s strategic goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment and lead by example to motivate team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management within an agency environment, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
