Job description

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MsSQL databases.
Install, configure, and optimize databases.
Manage user accounts and security permissions.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement backup and recovery procedures.
Utilize AWS cloud services for database management.
Collaborate with developers and IT professionals.
Document procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA).
High-level proficiency in managing MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MsSQL.
Experience with AWS cloud for database management.
Strong understanding of database security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell.
Additional certifications in AWS or relevant technologies are a plus.
