Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Junior Manual QA Engineer with experience in software quality assurance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual test cases, identifying and documenting software defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA testing principles and methodologies, along with previous experience in mobile and web testing. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
• Document test results, track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings to ensure effective testing coverage.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
• Provide support during the deployment and release process, including regression testing and post-release validation.
• Assist in the evaluation of new tools and technologies to enhance the QA process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software QA testing, with experience in mobile and web testing.
• Familiarity with mobile and web testing concepts and techniques.
• Ability to create, execute, and document test cases.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to contribute to the improvement of product quality.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges and technologies.
• English — Upper Intermediate.
