Job Title: Administrative Assistant — Mountain Bike Tour Operator
Position Type: Remote, Part-time, Contract-based
Company: A dynamic mountain bike tour operator company is seeking a responsible and fast-learning administrative worker to join their team. As a leader in adventure tourism, we specialize in providing unforgettable experiences to cyclists exploring breathtaking mountain trails.
Role Overview: As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of our tours, including hotel and accommodation bookings, correspondence with partners, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editing and managing accommodation enquiries.
- Corresponding with accommodation partners via email, including sending enquiries, negotiating reservations, handling invoicing, and managing room lists.
- Editing and updating work documents using Google Docs.
- Administering email, including sorting, replying, and forwarding messages.
Candidate Requirements:
Skills:
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Structured and self-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Drive, Excel, and Word.
- Fluent in written and spoken English at a high level.
Offered Compensation:
- Salary: from 25,000 UAH
