Job Title: Administrative Assistant — Mountain Bike Tour Operator

Role Overview: As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of our tours, including hotel and accommodation bookings, correspondence with partners, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editing and managing accommodation enquiries.
• Corresponding with accommodation partners via email, including sending enquiries, negotiating reservations, handling invoicing, and managing room lists.
• Editing and updating work documents using Google Docs.
• Administering email, including sorting, replying, and forwarding messages.

Candidate Requirements:

Skills:

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Structured and self-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Google Drive, Excel, and Word.
• Fluent in written and spoken English at a high level.

Offered Compensation:

• Salary: from 25,000 UAH
• Negotiable based on candidate’s skills and experience.
