Social Media Manager

We’re currently on the lookout for a creative Social Media Manager to join our team and help us take our online presence to the next level. We’re TEBIN, a global engineering and construction consultancy. We offer multidisciplinary engineering services and innovative solutions!

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring online conversations to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Implement social media strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Create and curate content for TEBIN’s social media channels, including

and other relevant platforms

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns and promotions on social media
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders in the industry
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for social media
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales
• Monitor competitors' social media activity and make recommendations to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Experience with social media management tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
