Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3:15 p.m. to 00:00 a.m (Kyiv time)

Employment: Independent Contractor Agreement

Salary: We offer a fixed base rate or a 33−45% commission (higher than any other company) and an additional bonus system, both of which significantly impact your salary.

The average salary in the company is $3k per month. Top Sales Agents receive a salary ranging from $6k to $10k monthly (paid in USD, without conversions).

There are a lot of bonuses available, such as the Highest Daily Dispatches Amount, a Bonus for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico (Overseas), an Everyday bonus for the highest daily deposit competition, and so on.

We require:

• Solid English (B2 and higher);
• Experience and high results in Car Shipping Brokerage for at least 1 year;
• Ability to set up a workspace with a PC that has suitable hardware, reliable internet, a webcam, and a headset;
• Availability of alternative sources of energy in case of blackouts;
• Consent to the use of a Time Tracker (once you reach a high performance, you can work without it)
