Job description

Position: Car Shipping Broker Agent or Assistant

Company: Colibri Auto Transport

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 15:00—00:00 (Kyiv time), 40 hours/week

What We Offer

Base rate + commission 37−45% of closed deals (highest on the market)
Average income: $1,000-$3,000 per month
Top performers: $4,000-$8,000+ per month

Who We’re Looking For

English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)
Speak fluent English
Proven experience in the car-shipping industry
Confidence making a high volume of daily calls
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to handle conflict and multitask effectively
Experience with load tracking and managing logistics in transit
Comfortable using CRM and other computer tools

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with U.S. customers and drivers
Coordinate and manage the entire shipping process across the U.S.
Provide full logistical support and maintain constant client communication
Prepare and deliver quotes, transit times, and fee breakdowns
Monitor pickup and delivery schedules, ensure on-time execution
Respond swiftly, politely, and professionally to phone and email inquiries
