Job Description: Ukrainian Patriot is a humanitarian NGO supporting frontline communities and defenders across Ukraine. We are seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to strengthen our voice across social media, newsletters, news blasts, and development proposals. This role is remote and flexible, but requires a high level of responsibility, organisation, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on creative strategies and management of social media platforms
• Draft and send newsletters and news blasts
• Support development and fundraising proposals with clear, compelling writing
• Adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining a consistent voice
• Coordinate with internal team members to gather updates and stories
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple communications streams independently Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent written English is mandatory
• Fluent Ukrainian is mandatory
• Russian language skills are a strong asset
• Proven experience in communications, content writing, or media
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Own computer and reliable internet access
