Job description

Sure Lock & Key (S.L.K. Global) is a fast-growing U.S.-based locksmith services company transforming the industry with a modern, customer-focused approach, supported by a strong back-office team in Lviv, Ukraine. As we expand our B2B direction, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, build strong partnerships, and grow key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales growth in the US market;
  • Manage and grow client relationships;
  • Expand client base and identify new opportunities;
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals;
  • Manage full sales cycle (from first contact to contract signing);
  • Collaborate with internal teams on deal execution;
  • Own sales KPIs and performance targets;
  • Develop long-term partnerships focused on revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (written & spoken);
  • Experience in sales / B2B / client-facing roles is a strong plus;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Result-oriented, performance-driven mindset;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize;
  • Confident with Google Sheets / Excel (CRM is a plus)
