Personal Assistant (Luxury Fashion, Prom, Eveningwear)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
• Handle calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director
• Coordinate travel, events, photoshoots, and launches (UK + international)
• Support styling sessions, fittings, mood boards, and creative projects
• Run errands, including shopping, gifting, sourcing, and event preparation
• Act as the reliable problem-solver who ensures everything runs seamlessly

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly approach

Qualifications

• A-Level completion required
• Ideal for undergraduates or recent A-Level graduates looking to enter the fashion industry
• Degrees are welcomed and respected, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
