Full stack developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our digital agency and work on a variety of client projects, including custom websites, landing pages, marketing platforms, WordPress solutions, and modern web applications.

This role is ideal for a developer who combines strong technical ability, clean coding standards, attention to design details, and the ability to work efficiently with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality websites and web solutions using WordPress, Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Build custom WordPress themes, plugins, blocks, templates, and integrations
• Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive, production-ready websites
• Develop modern front-end interfaces using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Work with APIs, third-party systems, CRMs, marketing tools, payment systems, and automation platforms
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, security, and scalability
• Maintain, improve, and debug existing client websites
• Write clean, structured, reusable, and well-documented code
• Use Git and modern development workflows
• Work closely with designers, project managers, marketers, and other developers
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, and problem-solving

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of PHP
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with React and Next.js
• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience building custom WordPress themes from scratch
• Experience with ACF / Gutenberg / custom blocks
• Good understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, custom post types, taxonomies, REST API, and plugin architecture
• Experience with responsive development and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to create pixel-perfect websites based on Figma designs
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern front-end best practices
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
• Basic knowledge of hosting environments, cPanel, DNS, SSL, staging, deployment, and website migration
• Understanding of website performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, caching, image optimization, and clean asset loading
