Sales Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter Construction & Bespoke Staircases

Location: Remote Type: Full-time (flexible) Salary: Base + commission (OTE discussed at interview)

About the Role We are a growing specialist construction company delivering bespoke staircases and architectural metalwork. We are looking for a confident, organised Sales Lead Qualifier to contact incoming enquiries, qualify them, and book them for the next sales stage. This is not cold calling — you will be speaking to people who have already enquired.What

You’ll Be Doing

• Calling inbound leads (homeowners, developers, contractors)
• Asking structured qualification questions (budget, timeline, scope)
• Assessing whether the lead is suitable for our services
• Booking qualified leads for survey / sales consultation
• Updating CRM notes clearly and accurately
• Following up warm leads who haven’t responded

What We’re Looking For

• Confident phone manner and clear English
• Previous experience in sales, call handling, or appointment setting
• Comfortable asking direct questions about budget and timescales
• Organised and reliable — you follow up and close loops

• Construction / home improvement experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
