Today we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator

Candidate requirements:

2 years of experience in IT user support (1st and 2nd line of support)

• Experience with Microsoft products: Windows 10−11, O365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Windows server 2016−2022
• Experience in building and operating SCS and understanding the structure of the OSI model.
• Ability to communicate with business and convey technical details.
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level (the ability to conduct a dialogue with native English speakers on work topics)
• Sociability, responsibility, autonomy, initiative and proactivity.

Main responsibilities :

• Commissioning, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment, peripheral equipment, and office equipment.
• Providing advisory assistance to company employees on the operation and use of computer equipment and software.
• Maintenance, monitoring and commissioning of a computer network (SCS and network equipment). Administration of network equipment and servers (entry level).
• Monitoring, distribution and execution of requests in the ITSM system.
• Administration in Intune, Entra ID:
• Mobile device and application management.
• Setting up security and compliance policies.
• Monitoring and reporting on device status.
• Incident resolution and user support.
• Manage user accounts and groups.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Teams functionality for organizing and supporting meetings (500 participants)
