🌍 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

📍 Remote

💡 About Us Yesim is a fast-growing global product IT company in the eSIM and digital connectivity space, focused on scalability, unit economics, and long-term value. We’re expanding our Product Line team to develop connectivity products (eSIM, Virtual Numbers, Voice, SMS, VPN, bundles)

✨ About the role

In the first months, you will take ownership of Google Search, maintain efficiency targets, and execute 2−3 channel tests with clear scale-or-stop recommendations.

📝 Responsibilities

  • Develop promotion strategies and hypotheses for international markets.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns focused on ROAS, CPA, and user growth.
  • Analyze demand, search queries, and landing pages to boost search efficiency.
  • Test new bidding strategies, audience segments, and creatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new advertising products beyond Search.
  • Improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CR, Impression Share) through data insights.
  • Evaluate performance impact on brand demand, organic traffic, and overall business.
  • Collaborate with creative and BI teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, AppsFlyer, and Power BI.

📩 Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance marketing with expertise in Google Search.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing international campaigns.
  • English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
  • Solid grasp of unit economics, funnels, and attribution models.
  • Experience with both web and app traffic.
  • Skilled in media planning and forecasting budgets and results.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach.
  • Readiness to test new hypotheses and take responsibility for results.

📩 Nice to have

  • Experience with YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Reddit Ads.
