Project Manager (IT)

We are a German IT company TELENORMA AG looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our international team.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, and project resources
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in English (or in German)
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets
• Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines
• Facilitate meetings, reporting, and project documentation
• Support process improvements and project optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
• Strong spoken and written English (B2/C1 level or higher)
• German language skills will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Readiness for occasional business trips to our office in Albstadt, Germany
