Dispatcher (night shift)

FleetCare Group is a full-service truck dispatching company that provides dispatch services for owner-operators and small trucking companies, as well as safety and accounting services. Since 2011, we have been dedicated to delivering fast, reliable, and diverse freight transportation solutions to our clients.

We are currently looking for an experienced Afterhours Dispatcher to join our team!

Schedule & Compensation:

We offer two options:

• 7/7 schedule: Mon — Sun, 00:00 — 08:00 (night shift) — $1,100/month
• 5/2 schedule: Mon — Fri, 00:00 — 08:00 (night shift) — $1,500 $1,600/month

What is important for us?

• At least 1 year of work experience as an afterhours dispatcher
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

What will be your main duties?

• Providing after-hours support to drivers and fleets
• Resolving operational issues and urgent situations
• Communicating with brokers, customers, and service providers
• Assisting with load-related matters and ensuring smooth operations
