    Job description

    Partnerships Manager

    Cas.ai is an international AdTech company that helps mobile apps and games maximize their revenue through effective monetization solutions.

    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager who will become a key link between our clients and internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and support clients' gaming and non-gaming mobile applications;
    • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients;
    • Coordinate communication and workflows between clients and internal teams (monetization, technical support, marketing, etc.);
    • Manage projects using CRM and task management systems (Bitrix24, Asana);
    • Participate in client calls, presentations, and negotiations;
    • Identify client needs and offer relevant solutions;
    • Monitor project execution and ensure a high level of client service;
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain regular communication with partners.

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, Client Management, or related roles;
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
    • Strong communication and presentation skills;
    • Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously;
    • Confident use of CRM systems and project management tools;
    • High level of self-organization, proactivity, and responsibility;
    • Higher education degree;
    • Candidates based in Turkey are encouraged to apply.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in Mobile Apps or AdTech industries;
    • Understanding of mobile app monetization principles;
    • Experience working with international clients.
