    Job description

    LNG Holding is a U.S. logistics company with an ambitious vision and a people-first approach. We’re building modern HR processes, expanding our team, and creating an environment where talented people can grow professionally.

    We’re looking for an HR Assistant / Recruiter who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and helping build great teams. If you’re proactive, organized, and excited to grow your HR career, we’d love to meet you.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Search for and attract candidates through different recruiting platforms
    • Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines
    • Review resumes and identify promising candidates
    • Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidates
    • Communicate with candidates via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, and job boards
    • Prepare onboarding documents and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
    • Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and recruitment reports
    • Support HR projects, employee engagement activities, and internal initiatives
    • Help improve recruiting processes and contribute new ideas

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (spoken and written)
    • Previous experience in Recruiting or HR
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
    • Experience with ATS, CRM, HRM systems, LinkedIn, or recruiting platforms is a plus
    • Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn

    Working Hours: 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time), which is 3:00 PM — 12:00 AM (Kyiv time).
