Remote Administrative & Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote Company: New York Property Management Company Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time) Pay: $6.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented English-speaking Administrative & Customer Service Representative to join our growing New York-based property management team. This is a full-time remote position supporting daily administrative operations and providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to tenant and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Manage emails and administrative tasks.
  • Update records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist the property management team with daily office operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

Compensation

  • $6.00 per hour
